If a traveller cancels a Volaris flight within 24 hours of booking it, they may be eligible for a refund under the Volaris Refund Policy. The airline will charge a cancellation fee if the traveller changes their mind after 24 hours, and the remaining amount will be credited as a Volaris cancellation refund to the original method of payment. Reservations that are cancelled fewer than seven days before a flight's departure will not be eligible for a reimbursement under Volaris' cancellation policy.
