How to use it
1. Barbell squat
This is a very good squat training aid!
Squat is the king of training, sometimes a small detail will make your movement quality worse! The most common problems are excessive forward leaning of the body, insufficient core stability, insufficient tension and so on!
Use a barbell to raise your chest and perform squats to maintain the balance of the movement while keeping the torso straight. When the lever is pushed out, the torso must resist it, while maintaining tension, do not let the torso lean forward.
2. Barbell deadlift
